I met Tracey at the Cape Town Mommy Bloggers Meetup in August having stumbled across her blog The Milk Memoirs a few months before. If you’re looking for a totally authentic account of motherhood and everything that it throws at you, then you need to give Tracey’s blog a read. This mom of two gorgeous girls, Morgan-Lee and Parker-Grace is as beautiful both on the inside as she is on the outside. Her blog chronicles her motherhood journey through her pregnancies to the birth of her two precious girls as well as throwing in some craft ideas to keep our little people busy and tips for those all too infrequent, but oh so important date nights. My favorite reads fall under the Surviving Motherhood category. There are just so many stories I can relate to!
And so when I met Tracey at her home to do our shoot, it felt like we’d known each other forever. While Kristine of Kruz4Makeup was doing her thing and making Tracey look all glamorous for our session, I got to know Morgan-Lee and Parker-Grace a little better as we checked out each others’ dance moves and goofed around for the camera. And then it was time to do Tracey’s photos and my camera just fell in love! I literally couldn’t wait to get home and edit these pics. Hope you enjoy these precious photos of this very special mother and her two spirited, funny, gorgeous girls as much as I enjoyed taking them.
